Research suggests said that including dairy products in your diet can prevent chronic diseases such as colon or bladder cancer, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and more. A researcher at the University of Granada conducted a review of different scientific articles on the effects of dairy products on health.

The researcher reviewed and evaluated the effects of consuming milk and dairy products on health and the prevention of different chronic diseases while being mindful and aware of the importance of maintaining a well-balanced diet. The analysis was conducted by reviewing observational studies, clinical trials, and other published reviews. The results of the analysis revealed that consuming milk as a part of the daily dietary intake is associated with a lower risk of colorectal cancer and bladder cancer.

The author suggests that further research is necessary to further examine the benefits and effects of including milk and dairy products in a healthy diet.
